At Zonda Antiques, we take the utmost care in preparing and delivering every item, ensuring it arrives safely and in the same condition as it left us. Each piece is carefully packed to protect its character and craftsmanship.

Local Delivery & Collection

  • We offer free local delivery for furniture and eligible items within a 40-mile radius of SP10 2.

  • Customers are also welcome to collect items in person from our location by prior arrangement.

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for us to prepare your item for collection or delivery.

UK Nationwide Delivery

  • For addresses beyond our local delivery area, please contact us with your postcode for a tailored delivery quote.

  • We work with trusted couriers experienced in handling antiques to ensure safe transport.

International Shipping

  • Smaller antiques and decorative items can be shipped worldwide.

  • Please enquire for a shipping quote, and we will confirm costs, courier options, and estimated delivery times.

Every piece is professionally packed using high-quality materials. Our aim is to make sure your chosen item reaches you in the same beautiful condition in which it left our hands.

At Zonda Antiques, every piece we offer is unique, with age, character, and craftsmanship that reflect its history. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase, and we take great care to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.

General Policy

Because antiques and vintage items are one-of-a-kind, returns for change of mind are not encouraged. However, we understand that purchasing special pieces online requires trust. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If your item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from its description, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.

All returns must be agreed in advance, and items must be returned in the same condition as received. Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

UK & EU Customers – Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK and EU customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt.

  • To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within 14 days.

  • Items must then be returned within a further 14 days, in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Worldwide Customers

For customers outside the UK and EU, our general policy applies: returns are accepted in cases of damage or misdescription only.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
